    1 driver installation

    1.1 check and measure whether the embedded parts meet the requirements according to the installation process layout; coordinate with Party A if necessary.

    1.2 determine the installation position of the driver according to the process layout, lift and transport the driver in place, and connect and fix it with the embedded parts after alignment.

    1.3 after installation, the central line of the winch of the driving machine shall be in the same vertical plane with the direction of the wire rope. Adjust in place if necessary.

    2 lifting point pulley installation

    2.1 before installation, the pulley block shall be checked carefully to see whether all fasteners are tight and firm. When the hand pulley rotates, it shall be flexible and free of jamming, and the axial direction of the pulley block shall not move.

    2.2 align the installation position of each lifting point pulley block according to the central line of the winch of the drive machine, and use the connecting bolt to firmly connect with the lifting point beam.

    2.3 whether the corresponding groove of each pulley block is consistent, and the straightness and horizontal height error shall not be greater than 2mm. Otherwise, it shall be adjusted to the requirements.

    3 wire rope cutting

    According to the stroke of the suspender and the installation dimension of the drawing, cut the wire rope of corresponding length and put it into the pulley block of each lifting point for standby.

    4 butt joint of suspender

    4.1 install the sleeve into the suspender according to the size of the drawing, and then assemble it as a whole. Measure the length and straightness of the suspender and weld it after it meets the requirements of the drawing.

    4.2 after welding, clean up the welding position, check the quality of the welding position by visual inspection, and there shall be no obvious defects. Otherwise, clean and polish the welding position, and repair welding again until it meets the requirements.

    5 online debugging

    5.1 place the suspender at the starting position, make a temporary support frame of equal height according to the number of lifting points, fix the suspender at a height of 1.5m-1.8m from the table top (or according to the requirements of the contract), install the grip ring and other accessories, and pre tighten at the lifting point.

    5.2 connect one end of the steel wire rope to the grip ring and the other end to the drum of the drive machine, and fasten it with the rope clamp and pressure block. It is required that there shall be no less than 3 wire rope clamps at each place.

    5.3 adjust the length of wire rope at each lifting point to be the same, and the suspender shall be parallel to the stage surface in natural state. The error at both ends shall not be more than 30mm. After adjustment, tighten the rope clamp bolt.

    6. Installation and commissioning of travel switch

    6.1 adjust the cam position step by step according to the instructions of the travel limiter and the travel parameters of the suspender drawing, so that the cam contacts with the limit switch contact, and the generated electrical action is consistent with the travel control position of the suspender.

    6.2 adjust the action position of the fire switch to the drawing requirements.

    7 power on test run

    7.1 according to the design requirements, the driving power line shall be installed, and the line specification, model, terminal configuration, wiring method, etc. shall meet the design requirements.

    7.2 during the power on driving test run, there shall be no abnormality in the operation of the lifting drive system. In case of any fault, stop the vehicle immediately, check and eliminate the fault, and then continue the test run to the requirements.

    7.3 when driving, pay attention to observe whether the travel switches of the equipment are installed in place, and adjust them to the requirements if necessary.

    7.4 after the test run, ensure that all parts of the equipment and the whole system work normally, stably and reliably, and meet the product design requirements.

    8. Equipment appearance finishing

    8.1 after the equipment is installed and debugged, the primer shall be supplemented locally and the finishing coat shall be applied as a whole to meet the requirements.

    8.2 after the equipment is installed and debugged, the wire rope head shall be arranged to ensure that the rope head is not exposed and the clamping position is neat and standard.

    8.3 after the equipment is installed and debugged, the surrounding of the equipment shall be cleaned to ensure that the surrounding of the equipment is clean and free of sundries.

    9 requirements to be met after installation and commissioning

    9.1 remove the suspender to install the support frame, and measure the distance error between each lifting point and the stage surface to be no more than 30mm.

    9.2 there shall be no stuck phenomenon, uniform speed, sensitive and reliable upper and lower limit during power on lifting operation.

    9.3 according to the maximum load of the equipment, the equipment shall be loaded to 50% and 100% for 10 times respectively (Note: the load shall be evenly distributed on the suspender). There shall be no abnormal phenomenon at each part.

    9.4 during the lifting process of the suspender, brake 5 times in the positive and negative directions respectively, and the motor brake shall be safe and reliable without sliding rod.

    9.5 after installation, the equipment shall meet the following main parameters:

    9.5.1 the lifting speed of suspender shall meet the requirements of the contract; the tolerance shall be ± 10%.

    9.5.2 the maximum load shall be in accordance with the drawing or contract.

    9.5.3 the maximum stroke of suspender shall conform to the drawing or contract.

    9.5.4 operating noise of suspender ≤ 50dB (a)

    9.6 electrical system

    9.6.1 electrical components, wiring, etc. shall meet the design requirements, and the voltage of control circuit shall not exceed 220V.

    9.6.2 all electrical components and wiring shall not be in contact with water or oil to ensure that the equipment will not be accidentally shocked during normal operation.

    9.6.3 the metal shell of all electrical equipment and the metal sheath of cables shall be reliably grounded.

    9.7 the painting layer of the equipment shall be even and smooth without dropping and leakage.

    10 inspection method

    10.1 straightness of suspender - Inspection of stay rope with ruler.

    10.2 levelness of suspender - the height from the suspender to the platform is 1500-1800mm, and the distance from the suspender to the stage surface is measured with a tape measure.

    10.3 dynamic load of the equipment: load evenly on the suspender to the weight according to the design load, run for 10 times in the whole process, and all parts shall be free of abnormality.

    10.4 lifting speed - the whole lifting process of the suspender shall be operated 5-10 times, and each stroke and time used shall be recorded, and the average value shall be calculated.

    10.5 equipment noise - turn on the equipment for operation when it is quiet, and measure it at 1.5m in the middle of the fifth row of the auditorium with a sound level meter.

    10.6 suspender stroke - measured and calculated with box ruler.

    10.7 equipment painting - visual inspection.
